At The Beth Standard (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we respect your privacy. This policy explains what happens to information you provide through our website when you join the interest list for profile consulting services.
1. Information we collect
When you submit our interest form, we collect:
- Your name (a first name is fine).
- Your email address.
- The consulting service you are interested in.
- The date and time of your submission.
You do not need to submit your Feeld profile, dating history, photographs, or other sensitive personal details to join the list. Please do not send such material through the signup form.
Our website host and technical service providers may also process technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.
2. How we use your information
We use signup details to track interest in our services, respond to your inquiry, contact you about service availability or next steps, prevent abuse, and maintain site security. Joining the list does not purchase or reserve a service.
Submitting the interest form gives us permission to contact you by email about your inquiry and related Beth Standard services. You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time.
3. Where information is stored and who can access it
The form sends your information to a Cloudflare Pages Function, where it is stored in a Cloudflare Workers KV namespace configured for this website. Authorized site administrators can access these records to manage inquiries. Cloudflare processes information to provide the hosting and storage services.
Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical information, including your IP address, when your browser requests font files. We do not intentionally share signup names, email addresses, or service selections with Google Fonts.
We do not sell signup details or share them with advertisers. We may disclose information when legally required or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or the service.
4. Cookies and tracking
We do not currently add advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or our own tracking cookies to this website. Hosting providers and third-party resources may collect technical request information. If we introduce analytics, advertising tools, or additional cookies, we will update this policy and implement any required notices or choices.
5. How long we keep your information
Signup records remain in our storage until we manually delete them, such as after handling a deletion request or cleaning up old inquiries. An automatic deletion schedule is not currently configured. We may keep limited information when legally required or reasonably necessary to address disputes or security concerns.
6. Your choices and requests
You can ask us whether we have your signup, request a correction, request deletion, or tell us not to contact you again. Contact us using the address below and include the email address you used to sign up so we can locate your entry. We may need to verify that you control that email address before making changes. We will also honor applicable privacy rights under the laws that apply to you.
7. Security
We use hosting and access controls intended to protect signup information. However, no website or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through our signup form.
8. Links to other services
This website may mention or link to third-party services, including Feeld. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. The Beth Standard is an independent consulting service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Feeld.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted here with its effective date. Material changes to the way we handle signup information will be communicated where required.
